Funeral Merchandise you need includes:

Casket - You may select from a variety of caskets, ranging in the material from which they are constructed, the shell or exterior finish, the hardware, or handles, and the interior material. A Casket is necessary for most Funeral Arrangements.

Outer Burial Enclosure - Woodlawn Garden of Memories, as most perpetual care cemeteries, requires an enclosure which surrounds the casket in the ground to support the weight of the earth around the casket.

Other Funeral Merchandise - Other Funeral Merchandise includes the Memorial Register Book which guests at the Funeral use to record their attendance, Acknowledgement cards which you will send to people who provide symbols of their condolences, this includes flowers, tasks performed to help the family, and memorial gifts. Acknowledgement cards are usually also provided for the persons who provide services at the Funeral Ceremony, such as Ministers, Musicians, and Pallbearers. Memorial Folders have a sentiment, often religious, such as the Twenty-Third Psalm, and information including the Name of the deceased, dates of birth and death and the service arrangements. A Book is usually used in the home to provide a record of persons you have notified of the Funeral Arrangements, people who may send covered dishes to the house, and a record of expressions of sympathy. Religious preferences my require a cross, crucifix, or rosary in the hands of the deceased. These items are included in the basic services of the Funeral Home and Staff. Funeral Merchandise you may wish to purchase not included in the Basic Charges include clothing items, more ornate register books, flag cases and other items we may offer.
