The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT POLICIES

Woodlawn Cemetery accepts cash, checks and most credit cards as payment for any merchandise or service selected. Most merchandise can be purchased pre-need on an installment contract with interest for payoff in up to five years.

CEMETERY SERVICE FEES

The fees listed below for adult interment or entombment or for the infant/child interment include the opening/closing of the grave or mausoleum crypt, a tent, chairs, artificial grass and lowering device unless otherwise requested by the arranging family. Cremation service fees designated by the phrase (WITH SET-UP) also include the opening/closing, tent and chairs.

· NO SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 1 PM ON THE DAY PRIOR TO THE SERVICE.

· THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST SIGN THE INTERMENT AUTHORIZATION AND FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE OPENING AND CLOSING MUST BE MADE BY 3 PM ON THE DAY PRIOR TO THE SERVICE.

Our infant and child interments begin at $425.00 and range to $555.00 depending on the size of the outer container and the day and time of service. This price includes the cemetery space and perpetual care in our Babyland area.

ANY OUTER MEASUREMENT LARGER THAN 4-0 IS CONSIDERED AN ADULT SIZE.

ANY DISINTERMENT, DISENTOMBMENT OR DISINURNMENT MADE FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSPORTING THE DECEASED OUT OF WOODLAWN CEMETERY MUST HAVE A LICENSED Funeral Director present. Funeral director fees and transportation charges will be handled by the family with the funeral directing firm assisting them.

Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery requires an outer burial container to surround the casket or urn for any ground burial. A grave liner (concrete box) or a burial vault will satisfy this requirement.

WARRANTIES

Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery makes no representations or warranties regarding outer burial containers, markers, monuments or other cemetery products sold by the cemetery. The only warranties, express or implied, granted in connection with these goods are the written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturer thereof. Woodlawn Garden of Memories extends no other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

CEMETERY PROPERTY

Woodlawn has twenty-seven different blocks or sections of ground burial property from which to choose. The prices for ground interment spaces range from $1265. to $3795. each, depending on the area of the cemetery chosen. These prices include the perpetual care fee on the spaces.

We have three different mausoleum structures from which to choose for above ground entombment. The prices range from $4000. to $5400. for a single crypt and from $6000. to $7150. for a double crypt or tandem purchase. These prices do not include the perpetual care on these products, which is currently 7% of the purchase price. Nor is memorialization included in these prices.

Woodlawn has two areas for cremation disposition only. We have ground burial spaces for cremated remains that begin at $977.50. We also have niches ranging from $2030. to $2700. per niche, including memorialization and the perpetual care. We offer granite columbarium posts for single or companion entombment. And for a simple means of disbursal, we offer ossuary interment.

GRAVE MARKERS AND MONUMENTS

Certain portions of the cemetery have been restricted to designated types of memorials.

· Bronze or bronze-on-granite markers are allowed in all sections. These markers are to be flat and flush with ground.

· Upright monument sections are: 1, 2, 7, 10,15, 54, B, C, D, E, F, G, I(i), J & K. All monuments must be installed on the monument easement and must be in compliance with specifications available through the Cemetery office.

· Upright monument sections and Sections 11 & 14 allow bronze, bronze-on-granite or granite markers, flat and flush with the ground.

Woodlawn offers a wide range of granite, bronze or bronze-on-granite memorial markers. Our Family Service office has a large display showing numerous designs and styles. Our brochure “Information for Property Owners & Friends” contains information as to what type of marker is allowed in each section of the cemetery.

Should you choose to purchase from a dealer other than Woodlawn, we strongly recommend that you have the dealer contact us regarding feasibility of your selection and the proper placement of names on the memorial prior to entering into a contract.

Installation Fees for Outside Memorials:

$0.40 per square inch on all bronze or granite markers, including corner markers, with an additional $15.00 for a vase.

$0.40 per square inch on monument foundations, based on the length and width of the monument base, plus 6 inches added to the length and width. (It is our custom to make the monument foundation 3 inches larger than the base all of the way around.)

$20.00 for the installation of a vase assembly.

$100.00 for the installation of an upright monument. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOUNDATION)

We charge a staking fee of $35.00 to outside dealers for showing the proper location for the placement of markers, vase units, monument foundations or corner posts. We also charge a $25.00 inspection fee to guarantee the beauty and regularity of memorial placement throughout Woodlawn.
